Senior Azure Infrastructure / Platform Engineer

At Sourceful ICT, we’re looking for a Senior Azure Infrastructure / Platform Engineer to be part of a small, Poland-based Azure infrastructure team. The team would focus on Azure infrastructure design, implementation, operations, and occasional out-of-hours/on-call support for critical incidents.

Requirements

What you will do:

- Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure
- Support infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure environments
- Ensure security, governance, and operational best practices
- Participate in an on-call rotation and be available by phone for critical incidents when required
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams
- Contribute to automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.

What you will bring:

- Mid+ to Senior level
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience supporting production environments
- Good understanding of Azure networking, security, monitoring, and identity management
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform, Bicep, or ARM)
- Experience with CI/CD and automation
- Comfortable working within an on-call support model.

Preferred Certifications

- AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate
- AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- AZ-400 DevOps Engineer Expert
- AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer Associate

Nice to Have:

- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
- Experience in managed services or cloud operations environments
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Azure platforms.
