- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
- Write accurate repair orders and keep customers updated

What You Bring
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- A motivated, team-oriented approach
- Valid driver’s license
