YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You independently handle customer complaints, service cases, and inquiries from European retail stores.
- You communicate with customers via written and telephone channels in a professional, brand-consistent, and solution-oriented tone of voice.
- You ensure timely, transparent, and customer-oriented case resolution while acting as the central interface between retail stores, end customers, and internal departments.
- In addition, you support Location Listing & Reputation Management (e.g., Google Business, Apple Maps, Bing).
- You prepare regular reports on customer inquiries and service cases.
- You also support the continuous maintenance, development, and optimization of existing service and complaint processes, as well as the identification of recurring issues.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a strong customer service and quality mindset.
- A structured, detail-oriented, and independent way of working characterizes you.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in customer service, complaint management, or after-sales – preferably in a retail or premium environment.
- You are confident in handling sensitive customer concerns as well as escalation situations.
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
