The Role: GRC Manager
We’re seeking a GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Manager to lead and enhance Clark’s risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives. In this fully onsite position, you will collaborate closely with the executive, technical, and operational teams to ensure our processes are robust, our data is secure, and we continue to meet the highest standards for reliability and compliance as we scale.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide governance, risk, and compliance programs
- Assess operational and technical risks, ensuring appropriate controls are in place
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate audits and facilitate internal and external compliance reviews
- Train and support team members across departments on best practices and regulatory requirements
- Analyze incidents and compliance breaches, implementing process improvements
- Report key findings and risk assessments directly to leadership
- Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to embed compliance in Clark’s workflow
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or a related function within technology or SaaS
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Proactive in identifying risks and driving solutions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Bonus
- Prior experience in high-growth startups or enterprise technology
- Familiarity with AI or SaaS regulatory landscapes
- Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP)
