Recruit Secure is collaborating with a large (200++ beds), highly rated Skilled Nursing Home in Queens, NY, that is seeking a highly motivated Registered Dietitian (RD) for direct hire . The Dietitian will provide nutritional care for residents.
The successful candidate will be a certified RD with 1-2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Home, including assessing, evaluating, and monitoring the effectiveness of dietary care plans to provide high-quality care. Additionally, the RD will possess excellent communication skills to work effectively with Medical and interdisciplinary teams, residents, and their families.

Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Skilled Nursing Homes or LTC facilities
- Must be a Registered Dietitian.
- Knowledgeable with State and Federal DOH rules and regulations for Skilled Nursing Homes
- Expertise in performing Nutritional Assessments.
- Expertise in creating and modifying Nutritional Care Plans
- Familiar with MDS and EMR software for Clinical Documentation
- Excellent communication skills
