Layne's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Shift Manager for our Walton Drive location in College Station. Located near Texas A&M University, this restaurant serves students, alumni, faculty, and visitors throughout the year. We're looking for an energetic leader who enjoys coaching team members, providing outstanding guest service, and leading by example.
What You'll Do
• Lead daily shift operations and support the restaurant team
• Coach and develop team members during each shift
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are met
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Complete opening, closing, and shift management duties
• Support a positive, team-focused work environment
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous restaurant experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
