Role Overview

PrideStaff is seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of IT to take ownership of a recent Microsoft Dynamics ERP launch (Dynamics 365 / Business Central). The enterprise recently initiated its system rollout; however, leadership requires a proven Dynamics specialist to address immediate post-go-live operational challenges, remediate core system workflows, and stabilize operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will evaluate current system issues, partner with key stakeholders, and lead the ongoing stabilization, optimization, and phase-two implementation across global sites.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Remediation & Stabilization: Conduct a full post-launch diagnostic of the current Microsoft Dynamics deployment; identify process bottlenecks, integration gaps, and system performance issues, establishing an immediate action plan to restore business continuity.

Dynamics Functional Leadership: Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) on Microsoft Dynamics, aligning system architecture, configuration, and customizations with business requirements across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering.

System Optimization & Rollout: Direct remaining implementation phases and module rollouts across domestic and overseas facilities, managing implementation partners, third-party vendors, and system integrations.

IT Strategy & Governance: Re-establish clear IT governance, system security, data management standards, and an overarching technology roadmap aligned with executive goals.

Stakeholder & Change Management: Partner closely with executive leadership and operational teams to rebuild user confidence, re-train staff, and establish streamlined workflows to drive system adoption.

Global Team Leadership: Oversee internal IT resources, external consultants, and cross-functional teams across multiple global locations, including facilities in Asia.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Dynamics ERP Expertise: Demonstrated success stepping into, stabilizing, and optimizing a complex Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment in a manufacturing setting.

Turnaround Leadership: 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with a background in troubleshooting high-stakes software rollouts and driving operational turnarounds.

Manufacturing Operations: In-depth knowledge of core business processes in manufacturing, inventory control, supply chain management, and engineering operations.

Travel: Ability to travel internationally up to 25% to support global sites.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in IT, CS, or MBA.

Relevant certifications: Microsoft Dynamics Certifications, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci Change Management.

Background in specialized industrial machinery, capital equipment, or electronics manufacturing.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $165,000.00 - $175,000.00 Per Year
