What You'll Do
As a Budget Analyst, you'll be a trusted partner in managing financial performance and ensuring budget accuracy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track departmental budgets, ensuring accurate recording of expenditures and financial activities.
- Manage SAP transactions, including budget entries, financial updates, and system reporting.
- Analyze financial data to ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with company policies.
- Prepare monthly budget reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses to support leadership decision-making.
- Maintain organized financial documentation, including invoices, procurement records, and supporting reports.
- Partner with Finance, Purchasing, and other business teams to resolve budget, payment, and reporting issues.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Investigate financial discrepancies and drive timely resolutions.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance budget controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with business planning initiatives, budget projections, and financial management activities.
- Support investment reviews, financial presentations, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate internal programs, special projects, and company events.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and global counterparts.
- Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and team members as needed.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field ✅ 3+ years of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or related experience ✅ Experience working with SAP or a similar enterprise financial system ✅ Advanced Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Complex formulas and data analysis
- Financial reporting and modeling
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills ✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
