Xtreme Cubes is looking for Journeyman Electricians to join our team and build modular structures!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical and architectural drawings, blueprints, schematics, specifications and applicable codes to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures.
- Cut, thread, bend, assemble and install conduits and other types of electrical conductor enclosures and fittings.
- Pull wire through conduits and holes in walls and floors.
- Position, maintain and install distribution and control equipment such as switches, relays, circuit breaker panels and fuse enclosures.
- Install, replace, maintain and repair electrical systems and related electrical equipment.
- Splice, join and connect wire to form circuits.
- test circuits to ensure integrity and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shop and yard.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Electrician experience, preferably at the Journeyman level.
- Must be able to interpret complex drawings and job specifications.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to safely use both hand and power tools.
- High level of accuracy to details and overall craftsmanship.
- Ability to stay on task in order to meet production schedule.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime, if needed.
