Key Responsibilities:

Perform precision welding, cutting, and structural fabrication according to project specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical schematics accurately.

Inspect completed welds for alignment, quality, and compliance with safety and industry standards.

Prepare, set up, and maintain welding equipment, hand tools, and raw materials efficiently.

Collaborate with production team members and supervisors to meet project timelines safely.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to all OSHA and facility safety protocols.

Qualifications & Special Requirements:

Direct experience as a Welder in an industrial, manufacturing, or shop setting.

Proficiency with standard welding processes (MIG, TIG, or Stick) and trade tools.

Strong ability to read blueprints and measure components with high accuracy.

Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Solid communication skills, strong work ethic, and a track record of reliable attendance.
