About this role

Job Position

Design, implement, secure, and support Data Center network infrastructure, connectivity, operations, and customer-facing technical solutions across IT/OT environments.
## Job Responsibilities

- Design OSP, ISP, underground duct and manhole systems, MMR, Data Hall layouts, and cable routing solutions for Data Center environments.

- Assist in presenting network-related designs and technical solutions to customers as part of project execution.

- Design, implement, and configure network solutions, including servers, virtual machines, firewalls, core switches, access switches, and access pointsSupport ongoing.

- Network Operations tasks, including monitoring, maintenance, and change activities.

- Act as Tier 3 network support, performing advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution in coordination with the NOC team.

- Support Data Center network operations, including customer connectivity and cross-connect coordination.

- Support network connectivity for critical systems such as Security systems, BMS/PMS, and OT environments.

- Assist in implementing and controlling firewall policies and network security controls.

- Follow network security standards, segmentation, and IT/OT baseline policies

Job Qualifications

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

- Experience: Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., Static, OSPF, BGP), and network troubleshooting techniques.

- Experience with Data Center LAN/WAN, SDN (Software-Defined Networking), and fabric networksKnowledge of VXLAN, EVPN or Spine-Leaf architecture.

- Knowledge of structured cabling and related standards, including Data Center cabling design and TIA-942 guidelines.

- Experience working in Data Center or Enterprise environments (WAN/LAN)

- Experience with firewall platforms (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto)Basic knowledge of network security concepts and segmentationNetwork certifications (CCNP or vendor certifications are optional)
