JOB PURPOSE
As Legal Advisor you provide legal advice and support to the Categories & Marketing and Global Enabling Functions Units, assisting business stakeholders in the management of legal matters, the negotiation of contracts and the implementation of business initiatives, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and Group policies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provide legal advice and support to the Categories & Marketing and Global Enabling Functions Units on day-to-day legal matters.
• Support the negotiation, drafting and review of contracts and other legal documents of the Company's interest.
• Partner with business stakeholders from the early stages of projects and initiatives to identify practical and legally sound solutions.
• Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on business operations and Global Processes.
• Prepare legal analyses, reports and other documentation to support business decisions and protect the Company's interests.
• Liaise with external counsel and other advisors, coordinating legal support on assigned matters where required.
• Ensure that activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws, internal policies and Group legal guidelines.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.
- A Law Degree obtained under the Italian legal system, or demonstrated knowledge of Italian law, is preferred.
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant professional experience gained within an international company and/or a reputable law firm.
- Previous exposure to multinational, FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods environments is considered a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Italian is strongly preferred.

• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
