Role Objective:
Ensure smooth clinic operations, strict SOP adherence, and drive patient conversion through on-ground management.
Key Responsibilities : ● Clinical Posting: Mandatory clinic presence from Friday to Sunday to manage operations and patient flow. ● QC Reviews: Ensure 100% completion and timely updates of all QC reviews. Also ensuring that instructions are followed post highlighting it once. ● DA Allotments: Efficient allocation of Dental Assistants to avoid any manpower gaps. ● SOP Checks: Conduct SOP adherence checks in every clinic visit with immediate corrective actions. ● Patient Conversion: Ownership of enrolled to treatment conversion for all personally handled cases. ● Clinic Coverage: Provide backup support in clinics with doctor shortages to ensure no disruption.
Work Guidelines: ● No Work From Home – 100% on-ground role ● Weekly Off: Tuesday ● Strict adherence to roster and operational protocols is mandatory
