About this role
The incumbent is responsible for handling collections legal cases ADGM court cases, chq. Execution cases, Civil cases, cases against bank, liaising with collection teams for in-court settlements/ releasing cases, handling accountancy cases, assigned cases against the bank, attending different expert meetings, following up with law firms on case stages to minimize losses and maximize collections and cash recovery.
