Your responsibilities
Full responsibility for the end-to-end supply chain processes (Home Appliances and HVAC products). Management and optimisation of demand planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and inventory management. Leadership, development and motivation of the national Supply Chain team. Continuous improvement of supply chain KPIs (inventory turnover, delivery performance, logistics costs, stock accuracy, etc.). Close collaboration with Sales, Service and Finance to ensure product availability, cost efficiency and high customer satisfaction. Coordination with Midea’s European distribution centres and headquarters in China. Risk management and ensuring business continuity in the supply chain. Management of external logistics service providers. Budget responsibility for logistics, warehousing and freight costs. Development and implementation of digital tools and supply chain reporting. Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and import/export requirements.
Your profile
University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Several years of professional experience in a similar leadership role in an international, fast-paced business environment. Profound knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics networks, customs processes, and demand planning. Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English, German is a plus Hands-on mentality paired with strategic thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
