About this role
The Social Media team is a part of our Marketing and Communications department and is responsible for managing and advancing Navy Federal’s enterprise-wide social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Reddit and keeping the pulse on new or emerging platforms for potential expansion. We partner with business units, other marketing channel teams, our Social Care Team, and agency partners to identify member and business needs and design social media strategy solutions.
