Randall
Construction is seeking a top-tier Mini Excavator / Machine Operator to join our team
to work on large, commercial Plumbing and Mechanical projects along the Space
Coast of Florida.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will safely and efficiently
operate mini excavators and related heavy equipment on large-scale commercial plumbing
and utility projects. This position plays a critical role in trenching,
excavation, site preparation, and underground utility installation. If you take

Essential Functions:

- Operate mini excavators and other construction equipment safely
and efficiently.
- Perform excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, and site
preparation for plumbing and utility installations.
- Assist crews with installation of underground water, sewer, storm
drain, and utility systems.
- Read and interpret site plans, utility markings, grades, and
project specifications.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
promptly.
- Follow all OSHA, company, and project safety requirements.
- Work closely with foremen, project managers, and field crews to
maintain production schedules.
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with labor duties as needed when equipment operation is not
required.

Qualifications
/ Education / Work Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating mini excavators in
commercial construction, utility, or plumbing projects.
- Experience working around underground utilities and trenching
operations.
- Ability to read construction plans and site layouts.
- Strong understanding of excavation safety and trench protection
requirements.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a Shop or
Field Jobsite job. You must be able to
lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for
several hours at a time. You
must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by
the job , be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to
dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
