PalletOne, Inc. is looking for reliable and safety‑focused General Labor team members to support our production operations. This hands‑on role is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in accuracy, and want to be part of a team that produces quality lumber products for customers nationwide.
No prior manufacturing experience is required—we’re happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn.
What You’ll Do
As a General Laborer, you’ll play an important role in safely handling and preparing lumber products to meet customer and company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Move, stack, and secure lumber and materials according to instructions
- Build finished bundles based on customer requirements and bundle specifications
- Label and tag materials accurately by type, size, and quantity
- Apply individual tags before and after treating or production processes
- Operate hand tools such as staple guns and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Band, bundle, and secure material, including corner protectors and loading sticks
- Verify correct quantities and labeling before material leaves the work area
- Maintain accurate inventory of tags and report discrepancies to a supervisor
- Record production data on production sheets
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Assist other departments by moving materials and loading/unloading carts
- Participate in safety meetings, continuous improvement (CI) activities, and training
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- No prior experience required; manufacturing or lumber experience is a plus
- Basic math skills preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment
- Willingness to perform physical work throughout the shift

Hourly/Salary Pay Range : $16.50-18.00 hourly. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by experience and other job-related factors.
