What You’ll Do
- Repair and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair or replacement options
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Provide 5‑star service and build trust with homeowners
- Create detailed job notes, invoices, and estimates in ServiceTitan
- Represent Fire & Ice with professionalism and pride

What You Bring
- 2+ year of residential maintenance or general plumbing experience (preferred, not required)
- Experience talking with customers face‑to‑face
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
