Remote Travel Reservations Agent – Guest Services
Living for Tomorrow is currently accepting applications for a remote reservations and guest-service opportunity supporting a major travel and hospitality program.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers plan travel experiences, can manage detailed reservation information, and provides warm, professional service while working from home.
Compensation
Production Pay: $11.00 per hour / $5.50 per 30-minute interval
Certification Pay: $7.00 per hour
Agents work as independent contractors and select available servicing intervals based on program availability and servicing requirements.
What You’ll Do
Agents may assist customers with:
- Creating, confirming, and managing reservations
- Lodging and accommodation questions
- Dining-plan support
- Ticket and package inquiries
- Air and travel-related reservation needs
- Availability and pricing questions
- Promotions and package information
- Dietary and special requests
- VIP arrangements
- Resolving guest concerns professionally
- Providing detailed travel, resort, and service information
Servicing Availability
Intervals are available:
365 days per year
7:00 AM–11:00 PM ET
The greatest availability is typically:
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Agents must be able to service:
5 hours / 10 intervals on Saturdays and/or Sundays, or a combination of both
During the Certification SOW, agents must service at least:
10 hours / 20 intervals per week , including the required weekend servicing.
Certification Schedule
September 28, 2026–October 29, 2026
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–1:00 PM ET
There is no class on October 12, 2026.
First-day attendance is mandatory.
Certification Requirements
Successful certification includes:
- Maintaining a 90% cumulative average on required knowledge checks and assessments
- Achieving at least 90% on required certification calls
- Completing 100% of required coursework
- Participating in assigned role-play activities
- Completing the required Security Awareness course and scoring at least 85%
- Meeting required servicing and performance standards
A webcam is required during certification activities.
Equipment Requirements
Agents must have:
- Windows 11 computer with all updates completed
- Operating system set to English
- Hardwired USB VOIP headset
- Wireless headsets are not permitted
- Smartphone or tablet capable of running a security-token application
- Webcam for certification
- Equipment capable of passing required PC scans
Daily PC scans and facial authentication may be required for Virtual Classroom access.
Performance Expectations
Agents are expected to maintain:
- Commitment Adherence: 90% or higher
- Guest Satisfaction: 88% or higher in production
- Production Average Handle Time: 570 seconds or less
- Quality Assurance: 90% or higher
- Strong customer-service, accuracy, and professionalism standards

This opportunity requires:
