About this role

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Support Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation

- Collect and maintain production records while ensuring the proper implementation of the documentation system in accordance with QMS ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 requirements .

- Process and maintain data related to quality issues within the production area.

- Ensure the availability, accuracy, and proper filing of required documents in the production area.

- Support the team in maintaining compliance with applicable Quality Management System requirements.

2. Manage and Analyze Production Data

- Process and analyze data related to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) , Variable Efficiency (Ef-Var) , and other production performance indicators.

- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of production data required for operational monitoring and reporting.

- Cross-check Finished Goods (Good Receipt) data entries against actual production output to ensure data accuracy.

- Support the preparation of production reports and provide reliable data for operational decision-making.

3. Support Daily Production Operations

- Support and ensure the implementation of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the production area.

- Monitor and ensure that near-miss reports and unsafe acts/unsafe conditions are submitted by operators and leaders on a weekly basis.

- Assist in preparing regular and overtime production schedules.

- Support the preparation and updating of employee allocation lists and employee position data.

- Ensure administrative and operational data are properly maintained to support smooth production activities.

4. Support Improvement Projects

- Assist in the implementation and execution of improvement projects within the production area.

- Support assigned initiatives under the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Project and other continuous improvement activities.

- Coordinate and follow up on project-related administrative requirements and progress updates.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

- Minimum Senior High School (SMU/SMK) degree; a major in Administration or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in administration, production, manufacturing, logistics, or a related function.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Good understanding of data control and administrative processes.

- Familiarity with logistics and production data management will be an advantage.

- Able to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good reporting and documentation skills.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

- Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a dynamic production environment.
