About this role

Temporary Collateral Data Research Assistant: $20-$22 This is a finite, project-based assignment with a defined end date. It is not a temp-to- hire position.  Approximately 2 months; may end earlier upon project completion  Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, standard business hours  Onsite work is required for access to internal systems containing confidential borrower information unless otherwise approved.  Non-exempt, hourly; employed by the staffing agency and assigned to FMFC

Not anticipated; any overtime requires advance written approval from the hiring manager

Scope of Work

Working from a provided spreadsheet inventory of real-estate-secured loans, the contractor will research each appraised property and populate the following fields:

Additional responsibilities:
Locate supporting appraisal documentation in Docman and the completed- appraisal SharePoint site, and consult other internal or public resources as directed.  Record data consistently using the formats and conventions established by the hiring manager.  Flag and log records where documentation is missing, incomplete, conflicting, or unclear, rather than making assumptions.  Track progress against the loan inventory and report status and completion counts to the hiring manager on an agreed cadence.  Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all borrower and loan information accessed during the assignment.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or an associate's degree preferred.  Demonstrated high-volume data entry and research experience with a strong record of accuracy.  Exceptional attention to detail and the discipline to apply the same standard to every record in a large data set.  Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel (navigating large workbooks, sorting and filtering, entering data without disturbing structure or formulas).  Comfort learning and navigating document management systems and  SharePoint document libraries.  Ability to work independently on repetitive, detail-intensive work with limited day-to-day supervision after initial training.  Clear written and verbal communication, particularly in raising questions and flagging discrepancies.  Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to real estate appraisals, title reports, property records, or county assessor data.  Fresno Madera Farm Credit, ACA · Temporary Collateral Data Research Assistant Confidential  Familiarity with agricultural real estate, California water districts, or groundwater sustainability agencies (SGMA).  Prior experience in banking, lending, credit administration, escrow, or title. Experience with document management systems such as Docman or similar imaging platforms. 
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00
