Journeyman Service/Install Electrician
Rowbel Services is seeking an experienced Journeyman Service/Install Electrician to cover jobs in Baltimore and surrounding areas of Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical service, repair, and installation for residential & light commercial projects
- Diagnose electrical problems, troubleshoot systems, and perform code-compliant repairs
- Run conduit, wire circuits, install panels, breakers, switches, outlets, lighting, and equipment
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work from scope-of-work documents
- Perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades
- Ensure job site safety, maintain tools/equipment, and complete required paperwork and time reporting
- Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and customers professionally
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification required for the relevant jurisdiction(s)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in service and installation work
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation; willingness to travel across Baltimore / PA / DE region
- Own basic hand and power tools; company may provide specialty tools
- Ability to lift equipment, work in tight spaces, and climb ladders
- Professional, punctual, customer-focused, and safety-minded
Preferred
- Experience with residential meter/panel upgrades, EV charger installs, and commercial systems
- OSHA or industry safety certifications
- HVAC, low-voltage, or controls experience
Pay Range: $30-$50/hour
