Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversees the management of agency action items to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Serves as a central point of coordination to ensure operational efficiency and agent accountability.
- Oversees the management of agency action items to ensure timely and effective resolution along with recommendations and follow-up.
- Monitors and manages debit balances for agents to ensure timely repayment and resolution and coordinates with Commissions team.
- Generates and reviews monthly reports on agency performance, including production, persistency, and placement metrics and provides appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate triage efforts in production, persistency, placement and compliance issues.
- Analyzes lack of production reviews and appeals across internal team with appropriate follow up to agent, agency, and national marketing organizations.
- Partners with Contracting, Commissions, Legal, Compliance and Agent Action Committee to support distribution priorities and agent quality.
- Serves as a central point of coordination to ensure operational efficiency and agent accountability.
Knowledge and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years experience in agency distribution.
- Prefer 2 years of managerial experience.
- Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task along with excellent organizational skills to prioritize work/projects to meet guidelines.
- Proactive, reliable, and accountable self-starter with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong computer skills with experience in working with email marketing platforms.
