Summary: The Valet Attendant's primary objective is to provide a positive impression to the guests upon arriving and leaving the property. Responsible for interacting with guests, clients and associates to ensure excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:
Exercise customer service as their top priority
Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
Serve as a key point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and positive experience
Accurately record parking space locations and valet ticket numbers
Ensure the customers keys and the tickets are placed in the proper location
Comfortable driving any size and type of vehicle
Comfortable driving a manual transmission
Provide claim check as well as instructing the guests about ways to reclaim their vehicle
Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles from designated areas
Give travel directions as well as information to property events and promotions
Encouraging and uplifting attitude
Know and obey all traffic regulations
Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service to guests while effectively addressing and resolving any service concerns or issues
Greet arriving and departing guests, open vehicle doors, and offer assistance as needed
Maintain thorough knowledge of the property including amenities and services
Preform on property deliveries such as amenities, flowers, dry-cleaning, etc.
Provide luggage pick-up and delivery upon guest arrival and departure

Qualifications:
Must have a valid drivers license
Must have a clear and current drivers license report from DMV
Must be 18 years or older
Comfortable driving any size and type of vehicle including manual transmission
