BuildWitt is on a mission to make the Dirt World a better place by building the people, leaders, and companies of the heavy civil industry through tools, storytelling, and community.
Our team is looking for a high-performing Account Manager to help driv e our mission. In this role, you’ll help Dirt World companies solve their biggest productivity and workforce challenges with our software products.
This is a remote position based in Arizona, Utah, or Colorado, serving customers in the western United States. Some travel is required (estimated to be 25% or more).
As an Account Manager, you’ll b e respons ible for:
- Owning the account relationship for your customers and ensuring their success.
- Hitting revenue targets each year through new sales, expansions, and renewals.
- Doing initial discovery calls with Dirt World companies to determine needs and product fit for our software.
- Logging 100% of activity in HubSpot.
About you:
- You’re humble, hu ngry, and smart.
- You’ve got 3-10 years experience in heavy civil and have an understanding of its challenges.
- You have exceptional communication and drive to serve customers.
