About this role

Summary: The Pathway Apprenticeship with The Antioch Partners (TAP) is a volunteer, short-term position designed to help you grow as a missional disciple, explore cross-cultural ministry, and discern where God may be leading you next. Through the application process, you will be matched with a TAP Partner (our word for missionary) to serve and learn alongside.

Reports to: Church Engagement Director

Responsibilities:
•    Participate fully in the training cohort and support raising process.
•    Serve as an apprentice under the guidance of the site mentor throughout the determined length of the apprenticeship
•    Attend the debriefing cohort gathering and work with a coach to process the apprenticeship experience.

Qualifications:
•    Have an active faith in Jesus Christ and desire to grow as a disciple. 
•    Demonstrate the maturity and independence needed to live and serve away from home, typically during or after university studies.
•    Have the support and endorsement of a local church.
•    Demonstrate a posture of learning and service

* Some sites may have additional qualifications or specific parameters determined by site mentors. Those will be discussed in the interview process.
