Your Day to Day:

- Leads the preparation and execution of new hire orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring employees at all levels are enabled for success for day 1 and beyond.

- Supports Employee Experience Partners with ongoing employee engagement projects and can lead multiple projects from start to finish.

- Coordinates the global mobility immigration, visa and transfer process for arrival and start of internal transfers to the US, Houston office.

- Supports a dotONE (1 in 1000) high-performance culture by bringing the D20 (Disconnect-2-Zero) between employees and managers through ongoing resources and training sessions.

- Assists Employee Experience Partners in talent management decisions throughout the year.

- Supports the delivery of training sessions by preparing materials, communicating with all stakeholders, managing attendance, being the participant point of contact, and assisting in training session delivery.

- Coordinates the planning and execution of small and large scaled employee recognition programs and events.

- Conducts proactive one-on-one employee check ins and new hire feedback sessions to understand wins and challenges in the workplace.Develops action plans to champion changes that may be needed.

To be successful, you'll need:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Experience:

- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.

- Experience with Google Suite, preferred.

- Proven track record of achieving deadlines and exceeding goals.

- Proven track record of excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities that require you to pivot quickly.

- Fosters a culture of effective collaboration to seek context and understanding, create connection, engage in dialogue, and meet outcomes.

- Organized, so multiple projects can be managed at a time

- Ability to work with global partners in Europe and India, requiring meetings that meet needs across multiple time zones

- Google suite expertise - Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides, Sites.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
