Working withinGreat company in Florence KY needs someone with Building Maintenance experinece to join their team. This is temp to hire, Mon-Fri 7:00a-3:30p Mon-Fri.
Working within the maintenance team, you will be mostly responsible for light repairs -- replacing light bulbs, fixing broken soap and paper dispensers, checking the water coolers for proper operation across the factory, some wall board repairs, fixing railing. Pay is targeted at $20/hr.
Responsibilties
- Work within maintenance team to address light building maintenance items.
- Use of hand tools and comfort with hammer drill, drill and saw zall
- No Electrical, or Major Plumbing Repairs -- those are outsourced
- Get in on the ground floor to build your skills and career!
Experience
- Previous experience wiht hand tools and repairs would be ideal
- Ability to be on your feet a significant part of the day and be a self starter....identifying issues before they become an eye sore is important Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
