We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Housekeeper Floater to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
What You’ll Do:
- Cleans and maintains resident homes, rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dusts, polishes furniture, vacuums carpets, and cleans windows and floors.
- Performs deep cleaning tasks such as shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.
- Assists with guest rooms, moving furniture/equipment, and housekeeping or laundry support.
- Follows safety practices, attends meetings, and completes other assigned duties.

Qualifications
What You Bring
- Basic housekeeping and cleaning experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Ability to work one-on-one with seniors using patience and compassion.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
- Strong confidentiality, sound judgment, and reliable attendance.
