Were looking for a dependable and compassionate Food Service Cook /Baker & Aide to join our team. In this role, youll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
Schedule Requirement: This position requires full open availability , including weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Shifts may vary based on operational needs.
What Youll Do:
- #### Prepare and serve high-quality meals, baked goods, and special diets while following recipes and production schedules.
- #### Maintain food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards, including temperature monitoring and proper food handling.
- #### Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and stocking food and supplies.
- #### Support meal service, special events, and kitchen operations, including setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
- #### Collaborate with the culinary team to provide excellent service and support departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications
What You Bring
- #### Minimum one (1) year of hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, commercial food service operation, high-volume baking, or food production required. Applicants who do not meet this minimum qualification will not be considered.
- #### Valid California driver's license with a good driving record.
- #### Ability to read, write, follow instructions, and perform basic math.
- #### Sound judgment with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- #### Reliable attendance and the ability to complete assigned work shifts.
