What You’ll Do

As a Construction Intern, you will assist different departments with daily tasks while learning the fundamentals of project management and jobsite operations. Responsibilities may include:

- Supporting the project team with overall project management activities such as scheduling, budgeting, billing and documentation, and account management
- Assisting estimators with various parts of the bid process
- Helping coordinate subcontractors and vendors
- Learning how construction projects are planned, managed, and executed from start to finish

Education Requirement

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field

Reporting Structure

This position will report to an assigned project team that will provide mentorship and guidance throughout the internship.

Physical Requirements

This role includes both office and jobsite exposure. Interns should be comfortable with:

- Desk and computer-based work
- Visiting job sites and walking 2–3 miles daily
- Climbing stairs, ladders, and scaffolding when needed
- Occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds
- Commuting to job sites as required
