PIH Health is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established practice in Cerritos, California . This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and providing comprehensive, generational care across all stages of life.

Position Summary
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan.
The physician will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of Medical Assistants, nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, dietitians, specialists, surgeons, pathologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care.
Required Skills and Experience
- Ability to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages
- Demonstrated clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient-care management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Strong commitment to patient service and quality care
- Knowledge of HCC coding, HEDIS, and CMS quality measures preferred
- 2+ years of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Current California Medical License
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine
- Spanish-speaking skills preferred
Compensation Range: 280K-300K
