We are hiring a reliable and compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one personal care and daily living support for seniors and individuals with disabilities. This position is ideal for someone looking for short evening hours and who is comfortable providing hands-on assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and other activities of daily living
- Assist bedridden clients with bed brief changes, hygiene, repositioning, and comfort
- Assist with transfers and mobility, including use of a Hoyer lift when needed
- Administer scheduled medications and accurately document care and vital signs, as directed
- Assist with memory care and dementia routines
- Prepare balanced meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and ensure the client's safety and comfort
- Drive clients to appointments or errands when needed
- Maintain accurate care notes and follow the client's individualized care plan

Qualifications

- Experience in senior care, home care, or personal assistance required
- Hands-on experience providing personal care and assisting bedridden clients
- Comfortable performing bed brief changes and in-bed personal hygiene
- Ability to use EMR systems and Hoyer lifts
- Valid driver’s license
- CPR / First Aid certification is a plus
- Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional
- Must be comfortable working short evening shifts
