Customs Brokerage Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customs Brokerage Specialist for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of customs entries, import documentation, bonded-facility operations, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) compliance requirements.
This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong system-navigation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced customs brokerage environment.
### Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and process customs entries and import documentation. Ensure shipments comply with CBP regulations and brokerage procedures. Support bonded warehouse and cargo-facility operations. Issue, maintain, and manage customs bonds and related documentation. Accurately enter and update shipment, entry, and compliance information. Review documentation for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Communicate with clients, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams regarding shipment status and documentation. Maintain organized and complete customs records.
### Requirements
Minimum of two years of customs brokerage and logistics experience. Experience processing customs entries and import documentation. Strong understanding of CBP regulations, brokerage operations, and bonded-facility requirements. Bonded warehouse or cargo-facility experience, including customs bond management. Proficiency with brokerage, logistics, or warehouse systems such as ITS, E2open, CargoWise, Magaya, or WMS. Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer-system skills. Customs entry writer or data entry writer experience is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-up skills. Strong verbal and written English communication skills preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability preferred.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $28.00 Per Hour
