What you will do:
A Sr/Mid Talent Management Associate's main objective is to attract, engage, and develop talent that can contribute to Bobobox's success. What your key accountability looks like:
- Understand the end-to-end process of HR management.
- Understand the core business process of Bobobox.
- Maintain a productive, professional, and empathetic relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives across branches and HQ.
- Develop and own learning & development programs.
- Drive company culture & values initiatives.
- Drive employer branding initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform retention and engagement strategies.
- Coach and guide junior associates in day-to-day tasks and professional growth.
You will fit in this job if you are/have:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology is preferred
- Min. 4 years of work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role in a startup company
- Preferably have experience as an HR generalist
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
- Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
- High sense of ownership
- Good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a team or independently with minimal supervision
- Disciplined and good time management skills
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Good interpersonal communication skills
