Joining a leading international project and cost management consultancy in Melbourne, you'll work alongside experienced Cost Managers on major Data Centre while continuing to develop across both pre and post contract services. From early cost planning and procurement through to construction and final account, you'll gain exposure across the project lifecycle while steadily taking on greater responsibility as your experience grows.

What you'll need
1+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management within a consultancy environment
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
Experience or exposure to cost planning, estimating or pre-contract Quantity Surveying services
An understanding of post-contract cost management, including variations, progress claims and cost reporting, will be highly regarded
Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail
Confidence communicating with clients, consultants and project stakeholders as your experience develops
An interest in building specialist experience across Data Centres
A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from experienced members of the team
