About this role

Responsbilities

- Manage and oversee the maintenance of all assets within the yard.

- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure asset reliability and longevity.

- Conduct predictive maintenance activities, including condition monitoring and analysis, to identify potential equipment failures before they occur.

- Supervise troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment issues and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.

- Plan, schedule, and optimize manpower utilization for maintenance activities.

- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and asset documentation.

- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvement actions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and company requirements.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support maintenance operations.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance of industrial assets, equipment, or facilities.

- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles and practices.

- Strong planning, organization, and manpower coordination skills.

- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Location: Gul (transport provided)

- 5 days work week

- Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
