We're looking for a reliable, motivated Shift Manager who takes pride in leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and teamwork.

As a Shift Manager, you'll help oversee daily operations, coach team members, maintain high standards, and ensure every shift runs smoothly. What You'll Do

- Lead shifts and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members

- Deliver friendly, energetic, and professional guest service

- Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon products according to brand standards

- Ensure operational, food safety, and guest service standards are consistently met

- Support daily bakery operations and shift execution

- Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards

- Assist with opening and closing procedures

- Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions accurately

- Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly

- Support training and development of new and existing team members

- Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment

- Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work for every scheduled shift

- Maintain reliable attendance and follow established call-out procedures

- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with attention to detail

- Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards

- Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude every shift

What We're Looking For

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

- Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, including arriving on time, prepared, and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift

- Dependable attendance record with the ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts

- Ability to proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences in accordance with company policies

- Strong work ethic and commitment to being dependable, accountable, and team-oriented

- Ability to follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards

- TB clearance required (if applicable by location)

- 1+ year of food service, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred

- Previous shift lead, keyholder, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred

- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and support team members

- Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and guest service skills

- Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems

- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift

- Comfortable working in warm and cold environments, including around ovens, prep areas, and walk-in coolers

- Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems

- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, accountability, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow

- Successful background check may be required
