About this role

What You'll Do

- Execute field marketing programs across India’s defense, Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces, DRDO, and strategic aerospace accounts, aligned with regional Go-to-Market priorities.

- Support the development and execution of account-based marketing strategies for priority India-based government and defense accounts, helping map buying centers and coordinate multi-touch engagement across events, executive briefings, targeted campaigns, and customer programs.

- Develop a strong understanding of India’s defense procurement environment, acquisition cycles, and stakeholder landscape, using that knowledge to inform effective marketing programs.

- Execute major India-based defense and aerospace events, prioritizing high-value account engagement, customer meetings, and opportunity progression over brand presence alone.

- Plan and execute owned customer events, private briefings, roundtables, and targeted engagements in partnership with Sales and Capture teams.

- Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to align marketing programs with local account plans, pipeline targets, and strategic business priorities.

- Support ABM programs designed to generate new pipeline, deepen engagement within strategic accounts, and accelerate existing opportunities.

- Own Salesforce campaign execution, including creating and managing Campaign IDs, ensuring proper campaign structure, tracking member status, and maintaining data integrity in partnership with Sales.

- Partner with Sales to ensure accurate opportunity association, contact mapping, and required CRM field completion to support reliable pipeline reporting and attribution.

- Build and execute programs within Marketo, including campaign flows, audience segmentation, nurture programs, and performance reporting.

- Track and report field marketing performance against KPIs including account engagement, stakeholder engagement, campaign participation, opportunity influence, pipeline contribution, and deal acceleration.

- Manage event and program logistics, agencies, vendors, and other external partners to ensure high-quality and efficient execution.

- Bring structure, accountability, and operational rigor to field marketing execution within a fast-growing international aerospace and defense organization.

Required Qualifications
