About this role

Our kitchens are at the heart of the member experience, with ingredient-led, seasonal menus showcasing exceptional produce from our own gardens, alongside locally sourced fish, shellfish and game. Working across two kitchen locations — one within the Castle and one in the Clubhouse — our teams operate in a supportive, professional and fast-paced environment.

From relaxed Brasserie-style dining to elegant fine dining, our culinary offering is varied, thoughtful and rooted in quality. We take pride in doing things properly, from baking our own bread and pastries and curing salmon in-house, to preparing dishes from scratch using the finest seasonal ingredients.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our chefs and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will contribute to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food preparation that our members and guests expect, while working as part of a close-knit and professional team.
