### Hiring | Sr. QA/QC Engineer
📍 Location: Pune 💼 Experience: 6–10 Years SJ Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced Sr. QA/QC Engineer to join our Pune team.
### Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across project sites.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
- Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with applicable quality standards and project requirements.
- Support internal and external quality audits and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- 8–10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in high-rise residential and commercial building projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, quality standards, inspections, testing, and documentation.
- Experience in implementing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site execution teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
