Customer Operations Advisor Digital Europe (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

- Handle email claims and escalations for customers across the EU region while working closely to uphold a strong quality focus
- Act as the key interface between B2C Customer Support and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Identify recurring patterns, document issues, and proactively contribute to the implementation of effective resolutions
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of BIRKENSTOCK products and quality management processes
- Support the overall Operations team by providing Customer Support expertise and valuable customer insights
- Ensure the customer remains at the center of all activities while representing the brand in a professional manner

YOUR PROFILE:

- Proven experience in Customer Service, ideally with a background in international environments in the consumer goods or fashion industry
- Proactive, clear communicator capable of multi-tasking and working both individually and inter-departmentally
- Analytical mindset combined with a structured and holistic way of thinking
- Experience in handling escalations, responding to reviews, gaining product knowledge with a strong focus on quality
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Customer Service CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
- Fluent in English; German or French are a plus
