About this role
Basic Function: Put away incoming loads at Grocery/c-stores. Replenish shelves from back-stock in other designated stops. Follow corporate programming and company standards to provide excellent service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Filling shelves from existing back-stock.
- Merchandising delivered product to shelves, maintaining back-stock.
- Product rotation.
- Rebating all products on a weekly basis.
- Coordinating with the Key Account Specialist assigned to the account.
- The implementation of specific retailer compliance rules.
- Communicating all opportunities and issues that arise within their team.
- Developing rapport with store personnel.
- Assist with chain and independent resets inside their assigned territory.
- Starting time of approximately 5:00 AM- 7:00 AM unless otherwise noted
- Typical week is Monday – Friday however special hours may be required for holidays, special events or meeting
