Job Overview
Responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs for equipment. Perform duties
including housekeeping. Applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and
troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
Responsibilities and Duties
? Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair
? Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
? Clean grease machines on a weekly basis
? Inspect hoists and forklift as needed
? Assist cleaning DCU ducts weekly
? Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls
? Keeps the building and property in clean and orderly condition.
? Performs routine maintenance activities.
? Performs heavy cleaning duties.
? Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors.
? Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities.
? Collaborate with others to ensure issues and repairs are being done
? Check functionality of safety systems
? General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
? Keep track of replacements parts for machines and advise when warehouse supplies
need to be ordered.
? Cross train on equipment
? Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections, including machines, forklift, filters, etc.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
? Work performed while standing, sitting, and walking.
? Requires the ability to communicate effectively.
? Requires bending, squatting, and reaching.
? Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked
changes in temperature and humidity, exposure to dust and hot environment.
? Heat and cold weather exposure.
? Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respirator and
sound protection.
? Pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Abilities
? Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
? Experience using hand and electrical tools
? Organizational Skills
? Knowledge of OSHA regulations

? Work effectively in fast paced environment

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $35.00 Per Hour
