Lead Retail Sales
Rate: $17 - $22 per hour, plus incentives
Schedule:  within 8am-7pm weekdays and 8am-5pm on weekends

The Eastwood Company is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to work with the Store Manager in leading the Parma Retail Store team to achieve results.

Working with the Store Manager, the Lead will:

- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist with sales goals
- Lead and support sales associates during assigned shifts
- Handle cash management, deposits, and register reconciliation
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stock replenishment
- Address customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures
- Support hiring, training, and development initiatives as needed

Qualified candidates will have:

- Retail experience
- Experience delivering exceptional customer experience
- Experience leading and coaching others
- Auto restoration experience or willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with computers and systems
- Previous cashing experience helpful
