💰 Salary & Highlights

- Base Salary: $77,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year (Dependent upon years of experience)

- Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $2000 to $4,000 ( paid in first 90 days of employment )

- Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $ 5000 annually (Extremely competitive)

- Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Flexible options available)

The Role

We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing clinic team. You will play a vital role in helping adult patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and enhance their quality of life through:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of physical conditions and functional impairments.

- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

- Treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders, and post-surgical needs.

- Engaging and educating patients and their families to support ongoing progress.

Qualifications

- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

- State Licensure: Valid and current North Carolina license as a Physical Therapist.

- Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting.

- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.

- Setting: Experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred.
