Job Summary

As a Data Specialist, we will look to you accurately and efficiently perform all clerical functions for all assigned wholesale accounts and assist the American Seaway Foods Services Department with tasks as necessary. Key areas of concentration include assisting in the inputting ad pricing for Wholesale Accounts, as well as with billing, tracking, and budget Excel spreadsheets.

Job Description

### Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent plus 18 months to 3 years of additional training
Travel Required: None
Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds

Job Responsibilities

- Manage all data batch processing for retail prices for Wholesale Accounts.
- Train other clerks in the ASF Services Department as needed.
- Coordinate daily job assignments for other clerks in the ASF Services Department.
- Coordinate daily shelf tag job assignments for Print team clerks in the ASF Services Department.
- Provide problem diagnostics and quick resolution using system analysis.
- Send scanning files to POS systems using FTP technology.
- Input retail prices for Wholesale Accounts.
- Assist other Clerks in the ASF Services Department as needed.
- Assist in the set-up of Back Door and DSD support for Wholesale Accounts.
- Assist ASF Services Manager and Systems Coordinator with special projects as needed.
- Assist in inputting ad pricing for Wholesale Accounts.
- Assist with billing, tracking, and budget Excel spreadsheets.

The hiring range for this position is $17.90– $20.87 per hour/year. This range represents the anticipated base pay for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
