Genuine Dining is a leading contract caterer delivering innovative, high-quality dining across the South of England. We’re looking for a Relief Chef to support our teams and ensure consistent excellence across multiple sites.
Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Support site chefs, building skills and consistency
- Maintain high culinary standards and implement new concepts
- Oversee kitchen financials, including GP% and cost control
- Lead seasonal projects and special initiatives across sites
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Chef experience, ideally with large-volume kitchens
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Creative, with a focus on innovation and consistent quality
- Experience managing budgets and GP%
- Committed to raising culinary standards
