Responsibilities:

- Supervise Service Department staff to develop and sustain a high level of employee performance, budget achievements, and morale that is highly aligned with our mission and core values.

- Align and implement company policies, standard operating procedures, bulletins, and campaigns.

- Schedule service work according to priority and maintain a consistent orderly workflow.

- Advise customers of necessary repair services and preventative maintenance.

- Create and ensure strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly according to company guidelines.

- Analyze market demand to ensure present and future workflow availability.

- Maintain dealer standards including but not limited to vehicles, facilities, tooling, and training.

- Promptly evaluate and recondition trade-in equipment.

- Ensure warranty claims are processed according to policy.

- Complete PIP and campaign according to manufacturer guidelines.

- Maintain in good condition all service tools and service vehicles.

- Responsible for the maintaining safe facility, equipment, and operations.

- Ensure service vehicles and drivers are properly maintained, road worthy, safe and in compliance with all regulations and company policies.

- Ensure repairs are completed accurately, to dealer standards and inspects all completed work as appropriate.

- Accountable for time record accuracy within the department including overtime, on call scheduling, and vacation approval.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- High School Diploma /GED required, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience preferred.

- Five years of service/mechanical experience working with farm, heavy equipment, or diesel engines.

- Successful experience in leading a team is required.

- Proven track record in customer service and communications required.

- Ability to use desktop or laptop computer, including Microsoft Office Suites is required.
